A quirky lane in the middle of the city, with some of the nicest street art Melbourne has to offer.
4. Brighton Beach Bathing Boxes
Located 30 minutes away from the city, this beach has a stunning view of the city and a bunch of colourful and uniquely painted beach huts along the water. If you like cycling, there are bikes ton of bikes you can hire to ride around Brighton Beach’s many bike lanes.
5. National Gallery of Victoria
This art gallery hosts some of the best international artists and is also home to the biggest collection of Asian art in Australia.
6. Fitzroy
If you like funky cafes, vegan restaurants, bars with names like “Naked for Satan” and a ton of street art, everywhere, Fitzroy is the suburb for you!
7. St Kilda Beach
St Kilda is a beachside suburb about 20 minutes from Melbourne CBD. There are plenty of great cafes and restaurants around here as well as a thermal salt water pool you can go to.
